- Phone calls: a tracking number on this site lets the call-tracking service log your number, when you called and how long you talked. It may also record the call, and a message at the start of the call says so if it does.
- Embedded map: a Google Maps view of the area sits near the bottom of pages. It loads from Google as you scroll to it, and Google may set cookies or gather data under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Technical data: ordinary server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you opened. If we add analytics, this policy will name the tool.
What do we use it for?
- Passing your request to an independent restoration provider who then contacts you.
- Checking that a call or request actually reached a provider, so we can bill that provider or call network.
- Keeping the site running, secure and free of spam.
Your details are not sold to data brokers, and they are not used to market other products to you.
Who receives your details?
The restoration provider or call network handling your area gets your request. So do the companies that run our forms, phone routing and hosting. Once a provider has your details, how it uses them is its own responsibility under its own privacy policy.
Will I get calls or texts?
Sending a request means you agree that the provider handling it may call or text you about that request. You can ask them to stop whenever you like, and replying STOP to a text ends further texts.
How long do we keep your information?
Request and call records stay for as long as billing and disputes require, and are deleted after that. If you would like yours removed sooner, ask us.
What choices do you have?
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction or ask for deletion. Write to the contact details on our contact page. We might ask you to confirm who you are before we act.
Is this site for children?
The site is meant for adults dealing with property damage. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
What if this policy changes?
When the policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
